plaebet Terms and Conditions of Use

01 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "plaebet" refers to the online betting platform accessible via the website https://plaebet.org together with all services provided under it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at plaebet.
• "Account" means the registered user account used to access plaebet services.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a user's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds that are still subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to additional funds or credits credited to a user's account as part of a plaebet promotion, subject to the wagering conditions set out.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount of bets that must be placed before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "Services" covers all games, sports betting, online slots, live casino, 4D lottery and all other functions available on the plaebet platform.

Headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision of these terms.

02 User Eligibility and Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one registered account at plaebet. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed immediately along with forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. The information required includes full name, a valid MyKad or passport number, mobile phone number, and an active email address. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.

plaebet reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Users who fail to provide the required verification documents within the stipulated period may find their accounts temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

• Users must be 21 years of age or above on the date of registration.
• One mobile phone number may only be linked to one account.
• One email address may only be linked to one account.
• A registered account is for personal use only and may not be transferred to any other party.

03 User Responsibilities

By using the plaebet platform, you agree to comply with all rules and terms set out. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including all bets placed and transactions carried out.

Users are responsible for ensuring their account password is kept secure and not shared with any other party. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you should contact the plaebet support team immediately via live chat or our support email, which operates 24/7.

All users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of plaebet services complies with the laws and regulations in force in their country or jurisdiction. plaebet is not responsible for any breach of local laws committed by users.

04 Deposits, Bonuses and Withdrawals

plaebet supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of users in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30, regardless of the payment method chosen. Deposits are normally processed within a short time once confirmation is received from the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM50. The withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the name of the same plaebet account holder.

First Deposit Bonus: plaebet offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your balance to RM200 — and the wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. If you deposit RM800, the bonus received is RM300 (the maximum cap), bringing your balance to RM1,100 — with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until this wagering condition is fully met.

05 Game and Betting Rules

All game outcomes generated by the plaebet system are final. Disputes relating to completed game results will only be considered where there is evidence of a technical failure that can be verified from plaebet server records.

Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user. Any bet placed during a technical disruption will be reviewed by the plaebet operations team, and the decision made is final and binding.

For sports betting, betting markets may be closed or adjusted based on the current state of the match. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent changes.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game or bet type are as displayed in the game interface.
• Winnings will be credited to the user's account balance once the game result or match outcome is confirmed.
• plaebet reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.

06 Prohibited Conduct and Restricted Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the plaebet platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any tool designed to manipulate the gaming system.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in table games or betting.
• Exploitation of bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system to obtain unauthorised winnings or credits.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers or bonuses.
• Any form of money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities on the platform.
• Granting account access to individuals under the age of 21.
• Use of payment cards or bank accounts that do not belong to the user without valid authorisation.

plaebet employs continuous monitoring and detection systems. Any account suspected of involvement in prohibited activities will be suspended immediately while an investigation is carried out. If involvement in prohibited activities is proven, the account will be terminated and the relevant authorities may be contacted.

07 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting the plaebet customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible balances must first be withdrawn.

plaebet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by a competent authority. In such cases, plaebet will inform the user of the reason for closure via their registered email within a reasonable time.

12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

plaebet operates under a valid international licence. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws stipulated by our licensing authority.

Any dispute arising from the use of the plaebet platform should first be resolved through our customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to a dispute resolution body recognised by our licensing authority.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in these terms shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
